If you have included Warranty and your watch stops working properly through no fault of your own, then Zurichberg will repair it free of charge for the duration of your Warranty period. The Warranty period is indicated at the product description of each watch listing. Our Warranty includes:
- Worry-free watch wearing
- Coverage for mechanical issues
- Designated Zurichberg concierge service
Zurichbergs warranty does not cover damage caused by wearer abuse or misuse, such as (but not limited to) knocks, dents, drops, crushing, and scratching. Our warranty does not cover cracked, scratched or broken crystals, water damage, or normal wear and tear. Alterations and/or repairs, or custom work done without the prior written consent of Zurichberg will render our warranty null and void. Additionally, any attempted repair, modification, or general tampering of the watch by technicians unauthorized by Zurichberg AG will render our warranty null and void.
With respect to any defective merchandise during the warranty period, we will, in our sole discretion, repair or replace such merchandise (or the defective part) free of charge. We will pay for shipping and handling fees to return the repaired or replacement merchandise to you, if we elect to repair or replace the defective merchandise.
Our warranty is non-transferable and is only valid for the original buyer and for the specific watch. Watch service repair time can vary depending on the watch brand and the specific service matter. Usually, Zurichberg repairs require six to eight weeks. When a watch service is completed, a shipping tracking number will be emailed to the owner.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain written authorization and instructions before sending in your watch for warranty repair. We will not be responsible for any watches that are sent in to us for repair without prior notice.
